Just some stuff that I thought of at the top of my head
filters for public galley
albums for personal gallery
videos and gifs
pinned posts
tagging,pinging,hashtags
group making ability (idk if that's a possible feature? Thought I'd throw it out there in case? Maybe for the future)
link preview option, say it's a YouTube video and I want there to be a preview image. Maybe a toggle on it.
not really necessarily needed, but I miss being able to have a song on your profile back in the MySpace days. (Honestly though, this is mostly here for an extra idea)
profile themes based on the color scheme of your banner photo? (Again not important but would be cool? Atleast for me idk about others)
bookmark function and or favorites tab, (not a likes bar but specifically for things you favorite. If that makes sense.)
Again all of this is off the top of my head, at like 2:30am in the morning 🤣 hopefully some of this is useful. I'll add more once I am awake and lucid. An if I think of anything else. Honestly I feel like some of this may have been asked for already but ehhh.

Hi Ellesmere,
Thanks for all this feedback! I'm closing the thread as it duplicates many feature requests already posted. You can upvote them below.
Filters for public gallery: Luke already has this planned for August, but there's also a request for similar features on Discovery: https://feedback.primfeed.com/feature-requests/p/ability-to-choose-what-we-see-in-discovery
Albums & groups: https://feedback.primfeed.com/feature-requests/p/portfolio-gallery-organization

Videos: Embedded YouTube links should be coming soon, but there's also this: https://feedback.primfeed.com/feature-requests/p/add-video-to-posts
Gifs: https://feedback.primfeed.com/feature-requests/p/gifs
Pinned posts: https://feedback.primfeed.com/feature-requests/p/pin-post
Tag & ping people: https://feedback.primfeed.com/feature-requests/p/tag-ping-people
Hashtags: https://feedback.primfeed.com/feature-requests/p/hashtags
Music: https://feedback.primfeed.com/feature-requests/p/profile-music
Bookmarks: https://feedback.primfeed.com/feature-requests/p/bookmarking
If you have any future ideas it's really helpful for us if you make a separate feature request for each. That way it's easier for people to find and upvote your suggestions.
