Move nudity and sexually explicit Adult category.

Since we have the extra Adult+ rating, I feel like the artistic nudity should be in the Adult section, and the hardcore stuff in Adult+.
The reason for this is I feel the wording for allowed nudity in Moderate is a slippery slope, when does it cease to be artistic and become designed to elicit more "sensual" thought?
If it moves to adult, this becomes less of an issue. I keep finding myself questioning if a post in Moderate qualifies as artistic or not.
I also think sexually explicit should be defined a bit, I keep seeing several posts that to me, go beyond mildly explicit and become far more. average bikinis, short micro minis and low cut tops are one thing, I'd expect to see those in Moderate. Barely there dental floss swimwear and lingerie and see through clothing should fall under adult since we have an extra rating SL it's self does not have.

I'm closing this as there will be some changes to the maturity rating soon and I have a complete post to base my changes on

The ratings currently follow the in-world ratings of Second Life. Non-photorealistic nudity is allowed in mature regions. https://community.secondlife.com/knowledgebase/english/maturity-ratings-r52

I fully agree.
I was even making several Reports on Content with Nudex Explicita marked with a Moderate maturity level.
Just like you, I restricted my profiles to Moderate in the hope of avoiding nudity but still being able to enjoy most of the useful posts on Second Life as it is the level where most of the products and work-oriented content are.
However, the PrimFeed Owner politely warned me that I was reporting in the wrong way, because currently in the rules they established nudity is allowed at the Moderate level, I had a conversation with him, explained my point and he says he understands the situation (although he disagreed with my opinion), but he directed me to make a feedback post here as well.
I believe that other people like me who have a professional interest in Second Life creating content that is not aimed at pornography, should have a maturity level such as General and Moderate, completely free from pornography and artistic nudity, which is really very subjective.
I believe that no rules should allow subjective understandings on any subject, they should be easy to understand and clearly separated (whenever possible).
In my post I suggested the creation of a 5 Maturity level, something like Moderate+, after all now there is Adult+, so there could be moderate+ for artistic nudity.

I fully agree.
The gallery is too messed up in the ratings so I don't want to see it. It is really terrible situation to see complete nudity and sexual expression in G and M ratings. Overexposure and nudity should be in the adult category, regardless of whether it is artistic or not. "Artistic" is subjective. It is different for everyone, so leaving it up to the individual makes no sense to rate it. There are plenty of loopholes. The fact that naked SS (It doesn't look artistic to me at least, far from it.) are already M (some even G) tells us that it should not be left to personal judgment.
Child avatars are officially prohibited from going to the adult areas. If so, adult content should be prohibited even in G-rated and medium-rated M areas where child avatars are likely to be present. Why is the reverse allowed? It is a strange.
*I'm referring to snaps that exaggerate adult act and sexual expression, not snaps of people wearing sexy outfits. By the way, all outfits with private parts on full display are adult content. And the ones wearing nothing but strings and pieces of cloth.
Second Life's terms and conditions do not allow nudity in M rating. Just because photoreal nudity is permitted in A rating does not mean that other non-photoreal nudity is permitted in other areas. "sexy clothing" is not nudity. G rating & M rating area is non-adult only. Therefore, if PF follow Second Life's rule, nudity should be prohibited for G and M ratings, even in PF.
