Unable to remove nudity from public profile

So far, the only way (that I have found) to remove nudity from a public account is to set the images in question from 'moderate' to 'adult'. I dont mind to set topless pictures to adult, but Im not allowed to. Access to the the maturity level is via "Edit post" and old posts are locked as uneditable.
Please help me to fix that somehow.

Hi! A new feature is planned to assign different visibility per post, for now indeed only A and A+ are hidden when the profile is public. if you need to change older pictures, please contact me in-world, thank you!
