100mb limit for pro - incorrect

Hello! I've been trying to upload a photo and it's telling me I cannot, because I've exceeded the 100mb limit. However, (please see attached) I am not at the 100mb limit. I'm resizing it now to be able to post, but I just wanted to make sure someone is aware so it can be corrected, since pro is a paid perk. Thanks!

HI Luke Rowley, for an example i had one at 22mb exactly and the uploader would tell me it was 24mb. I have this varying sizes, even down at 22mb where i have to squish it down to make it 21mb. However there are occasions i can have it just under 23 and it will work, so i think it depends sometimes on the resolution and detail in the photo more than the file size.
