Zoom on mobile is done via pinch gesture, and on desktop using the mouse scroll-wheel. Is there something more specific you'd like with the zoom?

Definitely, a better zoom would be nice. Full screen or new page option maybe? Instead of to the side with comments. You can (kind of) use the scroll wheel to zoom into pictures, but it could certainly be better. Possibly a separate page to see multiple sizes like Flickr would be a good option as well.
