WHY DO I ONLY SEE FRIENDS ON THE WORLD PUBLIC GALLERY?

I wrote you about this before. Ever since you changed the format, when I go to the public gallery at world, I see only friends from my feed. There’s not a single person there who I’m not following. So either you are mistakenly telling me that I'm following every person on primfeed, or you are only showing me those who I follow and no one else. Either way it is a problem. Can you please address this issue? Thank you.
