Upload failure

I was trying to upload 2 new pictures to the public area. But I get the error that I have exceeded the daily limit of 4 pictures. But that limit was zeroed to 0 of 4 pictures more than an hour ago. I chose to upload the pictures to my profile and wait an hour or so, but I still get the “exceeded daily limit” error when I try to repost the pictures from my profile to to public area?
