It is great that we have embedded links now, Primfeed internal links can now also be embedded. The warning page for external links is an additional bonus! However, SLURLs cannot be embedded, they “fall back” to the regular Primfeed link format, sometimes as a double, and delete the entered link text that I marked for the embedded link. Please kindly let us embed SLURLs, too. Thank you! 😃
Using Windows 11 on Chrome - Right clicking the text box and selecting “emoji” and clicking once on a emote will insert them twice into the text box. This never happened a while back so it seems to be a new bug. Not sure if its a primfeed issue, or a chrome issue.
i found a problem of PF, after last update, The posts uploaded to the schedule will sometimes become disordered in their arrangement. They will not be arranged according to the planned posting times as before.
Hello, since the upload was changed to make it faster, pictures that were uploading in 5 seconds for me now take 3 minutes or more (I’m using Firefox) Uploads from Firestorm seems to still be fast.
I tag a lot of my posts with mostly what I wear and past few days I’ve noticed my posts with #pantyhose will only show the last couple posts I tagged, but in the past it would show everything. I’m postive this is a bug because certain other hashtags will show everything. I’ve tried clearing the broswer cache, checked all my settings, but nothing seems to fix it. Maybe it’s worth looking into as other hashtags might be affected.
Clicking at the top of your profile “Gallery” or “Albums” then immediatley clicking “Likes” will default back to profile. Clicking “Likes” again will show your Likes. https://gyazo.com/d943db52f1f9dd66b0150424999fd5e2

Hello Primfeed Team, First, I want to say that I'm really enjoying the new Albums feature. It's a great addition to the platform. BUT, while using the new update, I've encountered what appear to be two separate image-ordering issues. Issue #1: Album images are not maintaining their intended order. When creating an album and arranging images in a specific sequence, the images do not always appear in the correct order after the album is published. The order I set before posting is not always the order displayed within the album. Issue #2: Multi-image feed posts display images in the wrong order This issue occurs outside of Albums. I recently posted three images directly to my feed in the following order: ~ Close-up image ~ Mid image ~ Full-body image After posting, the feed displayed them as: ~ Close-up image. ~ Full-body image. ~ Mid image. The second and third images were switched. I have attached screenshots showing: The intended upload order. https://gyazo.com/7e87015c0bfb4448442608b5f1d93b8c The order displayed after posting. https://gyazo.com/54c5e6871101b752029a79615376eb95 One additional detail: when viewing images using the arrow navigation, the images appear in the correct order. The issue seems to be with how the images are displayed on the feed gallery preview and, in some cases, within albums. Thank you for your time and for all the work being done on Primfeed. 🖤🖤
I really enjoy the polling feature! I think it’s really a neat idea. I noticed you dont really see that a Poll is available though in the gallery. If people knew there was one maybe they would open up the post to click on the Poll? I experimented with a short poll, and found that only a small fraction actually clicked on it. Maybe they didnt see the Poll in the first place! 🫶
Reposts/shared photos (of others) do not appear on my profile page. I can only see my photos. Is it meant to be this way or is this a bug?
When posting to Primfeed from within the Firestorm viewer, the Commercial tag is not being applied whether adding to the gallery or not. I have noticed several of my posts had to have moderation action applied to them, when they should have been marked Commercial to begin with. I tested with https://prmfd.co/p/14OT0SqZLa3i and https://prmfd.co/p/51FZwr4UoJpz to ensure a proper test both adding to the gallery and posting just to my feed. In both cases, Commercial is not set on the photo after posting despite the setting being enabled in the snapshot window.
I notice this when I cursor around a comment. I'll hit a cursor key several times, but the cursor doesn't move. Suddenly, my keystrokes are processed, and the cursor jumps to where I was trying to go. This doesn't happen all the time, only periodically. (God, I hate it when an error is "intermittent".) From my somewhat limited knowledge, I'm speculating that communication between the browser app and the server may be delayed, resulting in a freeze. Intermittent = difficult to reproduce. Good luck.
The "Discord" url field is not accepting profile urls, like: https://discordapp.com/users/593634158371274752 Secondly, when i paste my Discord username in the about box, it tries to parse the username as an url: tha.ma.ra -> http://tha.ma.ra
In more than one of my recent posts, I have noticed that there seem to be multiple likes from the same person in the list of likes received. The links actually lead to the same account when clicked and the like count seems to include repeated ones.
When I list my currently scheduled events, most of them are in chronologic order, but about one fourth are not. When I listed them a few minutes ago, this is the order that I saw: 1 hour, 21 hours, 1 day, 2 days, 6 days, 7 days, 7 days, 8 days, 8 days, 9 days, 11 days, 12 days, 4 days, 5 days, 5 days, 6 days. Not having them all in a logical order makes them considerably harder to manage. If they were in either chronologic or inverse chronologic order, it would be easy to look and see what needs to be added by looking at the last event currently on the list. As it is, one must comb through the list to make sure that one has found the one farthest in the future before adding another. I wondered whether to report this as a bug or feature request. I decided that the way it works is so counterintuitive that it merits being reported as a bug.
As of today I'm noticing that when we're on our feed, if you select the "Pictures Only" option, reposts are showing up again. I assume its a bug so I figured I'd mention it. It was nice being able to use that to filter the reposts out so we could see the art and not all of the ad spam. If it's not a bug and was intended, then please disregard this post. :p
When someone you've mentioned previously updates their legacy name, the link to their profile doesn't update properly. Not sure if this was a "I didn't wait long enough for things to propagate" issue or if it wasn't thought of so figured I'd send notice about it.
