Unable to upload image

I’ve been experiencing ongoing issues when trying to upload pictures. Often, I receive a “Failed” message, even though I’ve retried multiple times during the day. Sometimes it eventually works, but the inconsistency is frustrating.

My membership plan states that I can upload pictures up to 10,000 x 10,000 in size. The photo I’m trying to upload is 6,000 x 4,000, well within the allowed limits and yet the platform frequently blocks me.

Since I’m paying for a membership that specifically includes this feature, I feel it’s unfair that I can’t reliably use it. Could you please look into this issue and let me know if there’s a fix or an explanation?
