Unable to set Feedback Profile Image successfully

On first load of the Feedback Account Settings page, I'm permitted to select an image and upload it. The image appears on the page in place of the generic icon, however when I click Save, the image is now gone and the Upload button is no longer clickable. This condition persists when the page is reloaded. Have tried multiple times on latest Vivaldi and Edge with the same result.
