Stop protecting stalkers and harassers.

The reason there are laws in the states and federally against sustained harassment and stalking is that countless victims have either committed suicide or were directly physically harmed by the perpetrator. When other victims see someone fighting back, they find the strength to carry on. When you silence victims of abuse, you put lives in danger.
