Simple Shortened Shareable URLs

Like Flickr, a share button (or tucked in the triple dot edit/delete menu) that gives a shortened URL would be lovely. Even without content being publicly viewable yet, it'd still be nice. Shortening the URLs makes them more useable to promote Primfeed on sites with character limits.
