Show Time for 24hr Post Cap

Hello! I know you changed your 24hr cap last week, and we now get the error message that says "24 hours ect ect" it doesn't have a TIME. Is there a way you can add a time based on the time zone we picked so we know? Instead of me guessing when I can post again since it's also only 4 images at a time? Thank you :D
