Show Store page's "add a product" on store's "Showcase" tab

I have tried the "add a product" feature as my store's page twice, both as a vendor ad and as not. I have noticed that neither displays the photo on "Showcase". My team and I are a big fan of the Showcase feature and would find it cool and perhaps useful for others as well if Showcase could include our own add-a-products as well. Thank you! ♥
