Search Bar Appearing in Open Post

When clicking on a post to view it in full (screenshot included), the search bar is persistent and not hidden with the rest of the main site UI (screenshot included). This occurs only (to my knowledge) on the first post of the Home Page, where the Search Bar is present (screenshot included).
