Repetitive posting

I would recommend limiting how many reposts a person can do in 24 hours. Some folks here only do reposts, and sometimes its a ridiculous number of them. We are limited on how many images a day (per which membership), why not also reposts?

ALSO would LOVE a feature for interactions. Not private messages per se, kinda spoils the feel of a feed, but definitely interest groups or other groups please
