Removal of gallery permissions for repeat offenders

I think there should be a more severe punishment/correction for repeat offenders who post without regard of the TOS and rules of the site.

Moderation mistakes happen, we've all done it. However I've seen a select few accounts who repeatedly post an adult or moderate image as general in order to get it seen by more people and once they've gotten the likes they want they correctly moderate it. This leaves users who use the mobile app at the whim of users who consistently break TOS for popularity. We don't want to be scrolling in public and accidentally see someone's completely nude photo or pornographic shots. Those posts are for private viewing. So what good are the content filters of G/M/A/A+ if posters aren't using them correctly? I think repeat offenders should be forbidden from posting to the Public Gallery for an extended amount of time dependent on the number of times they've violated the rules.

Same goes for AI users. I keep seeing these accounts that claim they don't use AI posting AI pictures in the public gallery. They then complain about unfair treatment and favoritism or how they were picked on when in reality they broke the rules. I saw another site literally get made because someone was using AI here and got banned for it. So they made a new site, for AI posts. Maybe the AI posters should go over there instead of complaining over here? It's even wilderer that a large number of the accounts here claiming they would 'never use AI' are already on that site, posting AI images, admitting they are AI and then posting them here while laughing about moderation not being able to tell.

The punishments should be more severe or people will continue to break the rules and put those of us who respect the site, its creators and its users in really uncomfortable situations.

Here I am, trying to understand why a dress that reveals nothing is deemed Moderate while I am simply standing still. I'm not engaging in any sexual or provocative behavior, yet I can post a bikini photo, and that seems acceptable. It appears that some individuals at Primfeed are selectively determining what qualifies as General or Moderate, and then the criteria change the following day. Regarding the issue of nudity in General posts, yes, that can lead to being removed from the platform if it continues. Nonetheless, the inconsistencies between general and moderate classifications need to be addressed. Additionally, your concerns about AI were previously mentioned in a post where Luke Rowley stated that it's permissible as long as the background doesn't obviously indicate it's AI-generated. Therefore, unless you can clarify your point, it's challenging to determine if those users are breaching the rules. We must also consider that there are incredibly talented individuals who skillfully use Photoshop, Lightroom, and other editing tools, and there's nothing wrong with that.

Pleasur Resident Im not sure where Luke or the team have ever said that AI use is allowed or permissable in the gallery. As it is stated in the site TOS non-sl content is NOT for the gallery, that includes AI altered or generated images. Only stores can post Ai or rendered images for their stores in the galleries. I am not sure why that is so confusing for people to understand. I am fully aware that many photographers edit their photos and that is fine because they are not changing that the images are SL generated. Its the people taking snapshots or pictures in SL then putting them in an AI prompter that is my issue. And i keep seeing the same accounts doing it, posting very obvious AI altered photos with extra fingers, warped eyeballs, and the like and then claiming that it is not AI. That is my issue, the blantant disrespect for the rules of this site. We all agreed to follow them when we joined the site.

1000000% Agree. I have been shown and seen a LARGE number of accounts that regularly violate the rules doing exactly what you've described above. There needs to be a more severe and lasting punishment/enforcement of the rules so the rules will be taken seriously.

Not only that but putting a time ban/restriction on these accounts that are regularly breaking the rules will also lessen the load on the moderators that have to view every reported post. IE, removing the violators removes the MANY reported posts.
