Hashtag grouping

Given the recent update that makes hashtags clickable, I think another feature that lets you see a list of the hashtags you “follow” would make them even more useful.

I picture it a bit like subreddits, where you can subscribe to them and add them to your favorites, displayed somewhere on the screen so you can browse everything that’s been posted on a specific topic.
