Red like counting in dark mode theme

Hi @Luke Rowley . Any chance you would change the colour of the liked heart count on each post from red to a lighter colour (e.g., light orange, amber…) in dark mode theme? As a person who needs accessibility adjustments on my devices I must confess that the current red against the black background doesnt give us a proper contrast (attached screenshot). Thanks for your support!
