Public Gallery Restrictions: Media generated or altered using generative AI or morph techniques is forbidden in the Public Gallery because Primefeed requires content to originate directly from Second Life.
Easy Fix here - remove the option to upload images from a person desktop. - make it so your only able to upload images directly from SecondLife so there is no issues or worries of it being AI or altered in Photoshop and such. including the banners and icons..
Those who do Photography would possible appreciate that as well.
I am sure you could manage to make a settings so the upload buttons is only available to those who are using it for commercial use and so forth.
“regardless of how I feel about AI being used for commercial use”
