Public gallery quota issue

Hi! I'm having the same Public Gallery quota issue that seems to be happening today. My Public Gallery shows “1 of 4 pictures already submitted within the last 24 hours” and says that my post will add only 1 picture, but when I submit it I get the error that I've reached the maximum of 4 pictures per 24 hours. Could you please check my account/quota? Thank you!
