Old bookmarks are disappearing

Hello,

I am facing an issue where my old bookmarks are disappearing, I check everything, all users still exist and their posts too, even the bookmark icon is active (yellow) in their posts, but they are still not appearing in my list. I can provide with links for some of those posts that is not appearing in my list, but they are still marked as bookmarked when I visit them.
