Maturity Ratings for Discovery feed

I would very much like to choose the maturity rating for things shown in the discovery feed. This would follow Primfeed's commentary about things being safe to scroll while in public or at work.

Personally, I like having the choice on whether or not a bunch of people's genitals are bombarding my eyeballs.
