Logging in using inworld code

When requesting an inworld code to log in my name "Polyester Partridge" was already entered into the field. However, when I hit "request," it resulted in a "this avatar does not exist" message. I then tried deleting the name and manually retyped it, that finally worked. The name was exactly the same on both occasions.
