Limited Scroll on Gallery and Discovery

You can't continually scroll through all the photos in the gallery or discovery sections. It reaches a certain number and stops with only the most recent available to view. As people continue to upload countless photos they will end up being hidden from view (unless you're following them) because of this limitation.
