It looks like when you delete a comment because you want to correct your wording leaves a incorrect number of comments back.
To reproduce it make a text post, comment it and delete your comment afterwards.
When you look on this text post you can see an incorrect number of comments on it.

After testing with a friend it looks like that other people do not see this. It appears on deleting own comments and reposting it on your own or similar.
It should show 2 while it shows 5 for me.
Edit: I have made another test by picking a random comment while browsing discovery -> text-only, written "test" as comment and then reposted it. It has in fact zero comments but shows in my stream after reposting 1.

I have reverted the repost afterwards, so it is not visible anymore - but the steps should be clear to reproduce the error now.
This bug appears only when you repost and look on your own stream.
