Implement time limit to unfollow an account

We are seeing a rush of predatory accounts going through lists of people, faving a few things, following then immediately unfollowing the accounts to make it appear they are following. They are targeting newer accounts and it is extremely predatory. Is there any way there can be a time limit, ie you follow someone and there is a 72 hour lock where you cannot unfollow that person. This will mitigate and possibly prevent these predatory accounts from improperly inflating their follower count while not providing support to those they tricked into following them.
