How to check how many MB/Quota storage your profile is using?

I think we need an optional compression image resizing system, because most people won't know how to edit image sizes, or at least use a 3rd party system that does this.

I tried uploading 4 images, and it already says I need pro - How do I check what storage I'm currently using? does this include your store profile?

I'm going to manually work this out on my computer, but it would be nice to know on your system as well. :-)
