How about a HELP section

I'd love a HELP section! Have links to Feedback, Documents, FAQs etc!

I am new here and have no clue how to, for instance, add a link to an external site!

I'm see some have figured it out, but not yet for me.

Also a link to here would make it MUCH easier for us clueless ones to get here to vote and request features.
