Full text search in posts and comments

OK, I have no idea if this is at all possible, but it would be great: Searching all posts and comments (mine and those I follow, or by all) by topics, key words and such. Like looking for what´s happening on Primfeed in terms of female hair. Or, what was said in this conversation about PBR? Not such sentences, just keywords.
