Addition profile feed

Have the normal one we have now then have the option to have one where Adult and Adult+ stuff can be posted to sperate things. I know as a blogger I would love this so when i post blogs for stores some are Adult+ poses so they would go on the Profile section id set for the Adult and Adult+ stuff. while the rest that are Moderate and General would go on the normal feed.
