Add Tiktok & Pinterest as socials with icon

I am happy that we have a good alternative to Linktree with Primfeed so i was wondering if it would be possible adding more social icons as quicklink.

Especially TikTok & Pinterest as socials since Secondlife is also active on these platforms.

Maybe it would not take much effort and having a positive impact.
