Add region names to non-typo list?

Hey! Quick feedback regarding the search feature. I searched for a region name 'Keyano' and I got a bunch of hits without that name in them. Maybe it would be good to add the region names to a list of words that shouldn't be assumed to have been spelled incorrectly?
