Add Passkeys, TOTP, or other MFA options to help secure logins.

Multi-factor authentication is pretty much par for the course these days. With the current login options, If a person were to have their SL account compromised, then their primfeed account is compromised as well. Brute force password login attempts are still a thing these days, as well as password from login dumps.
