Removal of gallery permissions for repeat offenders

I think there should be a more severe punishment/correction for repeat offenders who post without regard of the TOS and rules of the site.
Moderation mistakes happen, we've all done it. However I've seen a select few accounts who repeatedly post an adult or moderate image as general in order to get it seen by more people and once they've gotten the likes they want they correctly moderate it. This leaves users who use the mobile app at the whim of users who consistently break TOS for popularity. We don't want to be scrolling in public and accidentally see someone's completely nude photo or pornographic shots. Those posts are for private viewing. So what good are the content filters of G/M/A/A+ if posters aren't using them correctly? I think repeat offenders should be forbidden from posting to the Public Gallery for an extended amount of time dependent on the number of times they've violated the rules.
Same goes for AI users. I keep seeing these accounts that claim they don't use AI posting AI pictures in the public gallery. They then complain about unfair treatment and favoritism or how they were picked on when in reality they broke the rules. I saw another site literally get made because someone was using AI here and got banned for it. So they made a new site, for AI posts. Maybe the AI posters should go over there instead of complaining over here? It's even wilderer that a large number of the accounts here claiming they would 'never use AI' are already on that site, posting AI images, admitting they are AI and then posting them here while laughing about moderation not being able to tell.
The punishments should be more severe or people will continue to break the rules and put those of us who respect the site, its creators and its users in really uncomfortable situations.
