It would be nice to have a dark mode. All the white is harsh on the eyes/head for some. Thank you for the consideration.

For those with sensitive eyes or migraines like I get in the mean time, Dark Reader is an extension that I'm using right now (and there are others) that might help until the theme option becomes available.

hi! I've changed the title to Manual theme selector. This is a feature I'm planning to do, as for now, Primfeed will use the theme of your browser. Thank you!

There is a darkmode, I am currently using it. As far as I understand it's based on your computers settings or browsers settings. Although Luke has said he is currently working on adding a settings toggle for it. This was all posted on X.
For the time being, please check out the Darkreader extension! It's phenomenal, doesn't break sites. https://darkreader.org/

I know we are already getting this feature & Luke has stated that it's based on your system default, but I would like to append it to say I would love to be able to change the default 'yellow' accent colour (used for the follow button & links/tabs etc.) to any colour of our choice- or at least some varied presets. Patreon's UI used as example below:

I agree with this one! A dark mode would be much easier on the eyes and may prevent problems with light sensitive persons. I use a browser extension to assist me currently but the option to have a toggle would be greatly appreciated.
