Luke Rowley It says the legacy name 'will still show'. What about those of us whose legacy name is wrong? That was my main concern. There are also people getting harrassed in world because their particular art style is risque and their legacy name is visible. That doesn't help them either. This feels like a bandage, not a fix.

I am in favor of the name change, for protection and privacy. From experience, you enter sl and you are already full of notecards or MPs just from people who um... we all know what they want to do. It's true, I can also block these people, but I don't want to go in and block them all the time as if it were spam.

I'm somewhat concerned about having no way to hide my SL identity.
On Flickr I enjoyed having the peace of mind of posting pictures of teasing/alluring nature without having to deal with people trying to contact me in-world (you know what I mean...).
This will likely be a deal-breaker for me and likely force me to limit the nature of the pictures I'll be sharing on this platform...

I would suggest to keep the names with secondlife in sync and not allowing to change them as i love the feature that you can find secondlife resident easily via primfeed. Otherwise i could use twitter. So it would be nice if you use the same format for naming like in SL: Display Name (name.surname). You login with the name in brackets.

I was able to just go to primfeed hq and click the premium sub terminal, didn't have to buy it but my name magically updated here.
