Moderation Clarification

My question is regarding vendor ads for items that have both PG and Adult versions sold separately or together but represented by one ad. If an ad is General in visuals and wording is General but is for the sale of both versions (PG + adult furniture, clothing with modest and revealing versions, items with plain or sexually interactive scripted versions, etc.), does the post on Primfeed fall under General, Moderate, or Adult?
