Hi, I received the notice about my image being removed from the Public Gallery because it was considered non-SL content. I understand the reasoning behind wanting to keep the gallery focused on Second Life images, and I also understand not wanting it to become flooded with AI-generated content. I just wanted to offer a little feedback, not argue the decision. The image I posted did start as an actual Second Life photo. I used AI only to enhance the lighting and overall look of the image, not to create a new person, change the setting into something outside of SL, or replace the original image completely. In that way, I saw it more like using Photoshop or another editing tool to improve a picture. I do think there is a difference between fully AI-generated content and an SL photo that has been enhanced, and I hope that might be something considered on a case-by-case basis. I’m happy to share the original unedited image for comparison. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback.
