Can't edit 4 pictures to add to Public Group

I have a set of 4 photos that I accidentally forgot to click the check mark for Public Group when I posted them. When I that 4 photos set and try to set it for Public Group, I keep getting an error that I can't post more than 4 pictures in a 24 hour period.

I've waited 3 days to try to edit this set and not uploaded any other pictures, but I still get this error and can't post them to the Public Group.

Can one not edit the Public Group setting so previously posted pictures to get them to show in the Public Group?
