Issues Posting to Public Gallery

I’ve been trying to add a previous post to the Public Gallery, but I keep running into an issue. It says I have 4 posts remaining, and the post I’m trying to add contains 3 images.

Am I doing something wrong, or is there a limit/problem with adding previous posts that have multiple images?
