To keep working and improving Primfeed with you, I’ve upgraded the feedback portal and the documentation.

The software running the feedback portal and the documentation has been changed from Canny to Featurebase.

Documentation

The documentation has been migrated and the search now includes AI to help you. This means that you can search for articles, or you can directly ask AI your question and it answers you based on the articles. This is useful if you’re looking for something but you’re not sure how to search for it.

Note that AI’s answers may be incorrect or inaccurate, so always double check with the sources.

Feedback Portal

During the migration, everything you’ve asked, voted and commented on from Canny since Primfeed’s beginning has been imported. Old links may not work, but you can search for your posts with the search bar included.

Along with the migration, you can now add an email to your Primfeed account. This email will only be used for you to receive notifications from the posts you’re interested in. Votes, status update, comments, mentions etc, this will help you stay informed on the news.

Since Primfeed is now collecting your email, the Privacy Policy has been updated and now explain how your email is used. Finally, after 2 years of inactivity, your email will be removed from our database.

You can add or delete an email from your Settings, or the system will ask you for an email when you try to login to the feedback portal.
