Revise General rating to be in line with SL's Knowledge Base definition

Primfeed's current General content rating, by description, is not in line with SL's current Knowledge Base definition found here: https://community.secondlife.com/knowledgebase/english/maturity-ratings-r52/#Section__1_2

A lot of content on Primfeed marked as "General" does not meet LL's currently written contextual description for General content, specifically the section "General regions are areas where you should feel free to say and do things that you would be comfortable saying and doing in front of your grandmother or a grade school class." There is a lot of scantily clad women and men in General primfeed posts that are technically covered in the genital or chest area, but only barely (thongs, pasties, jocks, sheer clothing). In many parts of the world (namely America where LL is located), this is not appropriate for the contextual scenarios described. The Knowledgebase recommends "If you are a region owner and you feel there is some ambiguity as to whether your content and activities are allowed in General regions, it's probably best to designate your region as Moderate." - which is why most regions and content in SL falls under the Moderate rating and not General.

If the description for the General rating on Primfeed would be updated to include this sort of wording, it would help make Primfeed's General content more in line with what is expected in-world. This would hopefully reduce content moderation reports for questionable content by giving users context to compare their content against (and recommend a Moderate rating if uncertain), allow Primfeed users to more safely scroll using the General-only filter while out in public, and provide space for users which prefer to stay within General regions of SL for whatever their personal reasons may be.
